I run Infosized. We find clients through cold outreach: email, LinkedIn and Instagram.
For a long time, all of it lived in spreadsheets.
It works at the start. Twenty leads, one tab, a few columns. Easy.
Then it grows.
Where the spreadsheet broke
- The data was never accurate. Someone replies, and nobody updates the status column. A week later the sheet says "no reply" for a lead you already had a call with.
- Follow-ups slipped. A sheet doesn't remind you of anything. If you didn't remember, it didn't happen.
- Outreach days got missed. I couldn't see how many messages I had sent today, so some days I sent nothing and didn't notice.
- Too much data in too many places. One sheet per channel, extra tabs per month, copies of copies. Which one is the real one?
- Sharing was painful. Every time I shared a sheet link, the other person had no idea what was going on in it.
It was chaotic. And it is not for everyone. Most people don't want to become spreadsheet experts just to send outreach.
What I wanted instead
One place for every lead, every message and every follow-up.
Open it in the morning and know three things straight away:
- Who do I message today?
- Who do I follow up with?
- Which replies are turning into money?
That is Tracker.
Workspaces for different work
One more thing I wanted: separation.
If you run email outreach for one offer and Instagram outreach for another, you can keep them in different workspaces. Each one has its own leads, stages and team. Switch between them in one click.
No more "which sheet was that in?"
Who it is for
I built it for myself first. Then I realized every freelancer, agency owner and service business doing outreach has the same problem.
If you are still managing leads in a sheet, give Tracker a try.
