Tracker is a lead tracker and simple CRM. It is run by Sahil Saudagar through Infosized, based in Jodhpur, Rajasthan, India. In this policy, "we" means Infosized and "you" means anyone who uses Tracker at leads.infosized.co or visits this website.

This page explains what data we collect, why, who else handles it, and how you can remove it. If something here is unclear, email us at sahil@infosized.co.

What we collect

Your account

When you sign up we store your name, your email address and your password. Passwords are stored as a hash by our login provider, so we never see them. If you sign up with Google, we receive your name, email address and profile picture from Google instead of a password. If you upload a profile picture yourself, we store that image so it can be shown in the app.

What you put into Tracker

This is the data you add while using the app: leads, company names, contact details, links, notes, messages, follow-up dates, deal stages, revenue figures and similar records. You also choose workspace names and invite teammates by email. All of this belongs to you. We store it so the app can show it back to you and your team.

Problem reports

If you use "Report a problem", we store what you write, the page you were on, your browser type, and any screenshot or video link you choose to add, so we can fix the issue.

Usage and technical data

Our servers keep basic logs, such as the time of a request and error messages, so we can fix problems. We do not run advertising trackers in the app or on this website.

Google user data

Tracker can back up your leads to a Google Sheet in your own Google Drive. This only happens if you click "Connect Google" and approve access on Google's own screen.

What we can access

We ask Google for the drive.file permission. With it, Tracker can only see and change files that Tracker created in your Drive, or files you pick yourself through Google's file picker. It cannot see the rest of your Drive, your other spreadsheets, your Gmail or your contacts. We also receive your Google email address so we can show you which account is connected.

How we use it

We use this access for one purpose: keeping your lead data in sync with your sheet. That means we:

  • create a new spreadsheet for your workspace in your Drive,
  • write your leads and related records into it when you add or change them, and on a backup schedule,
  • read rows from it when you choose to import or pull data back into Tracker,
  • give the teammates you invite edit access to that one sheet, and remove it if you revoke the invite or they leave the workspace.

What we never do with it

We do not sell Google user data. We do not use it for advertising. We do not use it to train AI or machine learning models. We do not share it with anyone except the service providers listed below that we need to run the app. Nobody at Infosized reads your sheet unless you ask us to for support, it is needed for security reasons, or the law requires it.

Tracker's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs to any other app will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

How we protect it

The access token Google gives us is stored on our server only. It is never sent to your browser or to other users. Each workspace can only reach the sheet connected to it.

How to disconnect

You can disconnect Google at any time from Settings in Tracker. You can also remove Tracker's access from your Google account at myaccount.google.com/permissions. When you disconnect, we delete the stored token. The sheet stays in your Drive because it is yours.

Who can see your data

  • You and your team. Each workspace is walled off at the database level. People only see the workspaces they own or were invited to, and an owner decides what each teammate can access.
  • Not other customers. No other Tracker user can see your workspace.
  • Not us, in normal use. We do not browse customer data. We only look at it when you ask us to for support, when it is needed to keep the service secure, or when the law requires it.

Why we use your data

  • To run your account and let you sign in.
  • To store your workspace data and show it to you and the teammates you invite.
  • To back up your data to your Google Sheet when you connect one.
  • To send account emails, such as sign-up confirmation, password resets and team invites.
  • To find and fix bugs and keep the service secure.

We do not sell your data, and we do not use it to advertise to you.

Who else handles your data

We use a small number of providers to run Tracker. They only process data so we can provide the service.

  • Lovable hosts the app and its database and login system (built on Supabase).
  • Vercel hosts this website.
  • Google provides Google sign-in, Google Sheets and Google Drive when you use them.
  • Razorpay processes subscription payments. Your card, UPI or bank details go straight to Razorpay; Tracker never sees or stores them. We keep only the payment status, amount, date and Razorpay's payment and subscription IDs.
  • YouTube shows the videos on this website, in privacy-enhanced mode. A video only loads after you press play.

These providers may store data on servers outside India.

Cookies and browser storage

The app keeps you signed in by saving a session in your browser. It also remembers small settings, such as light or dark mode. We do not use advertising cookies.

How long we keep data, and deleting it

We keep your data while your account is active. You can delete it yourself at any time:

  • Delete workspace (Settings, Danger zone): removes every lead, contact, follow-up, task, CRM record, activity, setting and team membership in that workspace from our database, and disconnects Google. It happens straight away and cannot be undone.
  • Delete account: deletes every workspace you own as above, removes you from workspaces you joined, deletes your login and profile, and deletes your profile picture and any problem-report screenshots you uploaded.
  • Leave workspace: if you were invited to a workspace, you can leave it yourself. Your access to it and to its Google Sheet ends at once.

Right before a workspace is deleted, we save one last backup to its Google Sheet if one is connected. That sheet is in your Drive and under your control, so deleting from Tracker does not delete it.

A few small records are kept after deletion, only for the reasons below:

  • The email address used for a free trial, so the same email cannot start a new trial again.
  • Problem reports you sent, with your email and screenshots removed, so we can keep fixing bugs.
  • Payment records that the law requires us or Razorpay to keep.
  • Server backups made by our hosting provider, which expire on their own schedule.

Your choices

You can see and edit your data in the app at any time. You can download all of it as one Excel file with "Download all my data" in Settings (Danger zone), and it is also kept in your Google Sheet. For anything else, such as a correction or a question about your data, email sahil@infosized.co. We reply within 30 days.

Children

Tracker is a business tool. It is not meant for anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect data from children.

Changes to this policy

If we change this policy, we will update the date at the top. If a change affects how we use your data in a meaningful way, we will tell you in the app or by email before it takes effect.
