Tracker is sold as a subscription by Infosized. Payments are processed by Razorpay. This page explains how to cancel and when we give refunds.

Free trial

New accounts start with a free trial of 7 days with unlimited leads. You are not charged during the trial. If you don't subscribe before it ends, you won't be able to open your workspace until you do. From that screen you can still back up all your leads to your own Google Sheet. Nothing is deleted.

Cancelling

You can cancel any time from Settings, Billing, in the app. You can also email sahil@infosized.co and we will cancel it for you.

When you cancel, you won't be charged again. You keep full access until the end of the period you already paid for. After that, you'll need to subscribe again to open the workspace, but you can still back up your leads to your Google Sheet. Your data is not deleted, and the copy in your Google Sheet stays in your Drive.

Refunds

We give a full refund in these cases:

You were charged twice for the same period.
You were charged after you cancelled, because of an error on our side.
A technical problem on our side kept you from using Tracker and we could not fix it.
You ask within 7 days of your first paid charge on a workspace, and you no longer want to use Tracker.

Outside these cases, payments for a period that has already started are not refunded, including for days left in a month or year after you cancel.

How to ask for a refund

Email sahil@infosized.co from the address you sign in with. Include the payment date and the payment ID from your Razorpay receipt. We reply within 2 business days.

Approved refunds go back to the original payment method through Razorpay. Banks usually show the money within 5 to 7 business days after we approve it.

Changes to prices

If we change the price of your plan, we will tell you by email at least 7 days before your next charge. You can cancel before then if you don't want to continue.
