Nothing is physically shipped
Tracker is online software that you use in your web browser at leads.infosized.co. We don't sell or ship any physical products, so there are no shipping charges and no delivery address is needed.
How you get access
Access is delivered online. When you sign up, your account and workspace are ready right away. When you subscribe, your paid plan is active as soon as Razorpay confirms the payment, usually within a few seconds. You will also get a payment receipt by email.
If access doesn't start
If you paid but your workspace still shows as unpaid after 30 minutes, email sahil@infosized.co with your payment ID. We will fix it within 1 business day, or refund you as described in our Cancellation and Refunds policy.
