These terms cover your use of Tracker, the app at leads.infosized.coand this website. Tracker is run by Sahil Saudagar through Infosized, based in Jodhpur, Rajasthan, India. By creating an account or using Tracker, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use it.
Your account
You need an account to use Tracker. Give us a real email address and keep your password to yourself. You are responsible for what happens in your account and in the workspaces you own. You must be at least 18 to use Tracker.
If you sign up for a business, you confirm you are allowed to accept these terms on its behalf.
Workspaces and teams
Each workspace keeps its own leads, settings and members. The person who creates a workspace is its owner. The owner and admins decide who gets invited, what they can see, and when they are removed. If you join someone else's workspace, the data in it belongs to that workspace's owner.
Your data
The leads, notes and other records you put into Tracker are yours. We don't claim any ownership over them. You give us permission to store and process that data only so we can run the service for you, as described in our Privacy Policy.
If you connect Google, Tracker creates a spreadsheet in your own Google Drive and keeps it in sync with your workspace. That file stays in your Drive and stays yours, even if you stop using Tracker.
You are responsible for having the right to store the contact details you add. Only add people you are allowed to contact under the laws that apply to you.
Acceptable use
Tracker is built for honest outreach. Don't use it to:
- send spam, or contact people in ways that break anti-spam or data protection laws where you or they live,
- store data you collected illegally, or data you have no right to hold,
- harass, threaten or deceive anyone,
- break into other accounts or workspaces, or try to get around limits or security in the app,
- overload the service, scrape it, or copy it to build a competing product.
If you break these rules, we may suspend or close your account.
Plans and payment
New accounts start with a free trial of 7 days with unlimited leads. After the trial, Tracker is a paid subscription of ₹399 per month per workspace for customers in India, as shown on our Pricing page. Each account includes one workspace. Payments are processed by Razorpay, and your plan renews automatically each billing period until you cancel.
You can cancel any time. How cancellation and refunds work is explained in our Cancellation and Refunds policy, which is part of these terms.
Changes to the service
Tracker is a young product and it will change. We may add, change or remove features. If we plan to shut Tracker down, we will give you at least 30 days' notice so you can export your data. Your Google Sheet backup is another copy you always keep.
Ending your use
You can stop using Tracker at any time and ask us to delete your account by emailing sahil@infosized.co. We may close accounts that break these terms or that have been inactive for a long time, and we will email you first where we can.
No guarantees
We work hard to keep Tracker running and your data safe, but the service is provided "as is". We can't promise it will always be available or free of errors. Keep your own backup, which is one reason the Google Sheet sync exists.
Limits on our liability
To the extent the law allows, Infosized is not liable for indirect losses, such as lost profits, lost deals or lost data, that come from using or not being able to use Tracker. If we are found liable for something, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
Changes to these terms
If we update these terms, we will change the date at the top. For important changes we will tell you in the app or by email before they apply. If you keep using Tracker after that, you accept the new terms.
Law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute will be handled by the courts in Jodhpur, Rajasthan. Before going to court, please email us. Most problems can be sorted out by talking.
